8 steps to be a master in Conflict Resolution
- Attack the problem, not the person
- Resolve the problem soon
- No name calling
- Eliminate ‘you always’ or ‘you never’
- Speak in the present about the future
- Never threaten ’if you don’t…..’
- Don’t be obsessed about winning the argument. It can be a win, win situation for both parties
- Winning words ‘I’m sorry, I was wrong, Forgive me’
